Great accommodation for family vacation… Great accommodation for family vacation and very close to Disneyworld. Everything included. Pool was just right and we loved the hot tub. Beautiful grounds, very clean and tidy. We had a few minor issues that were dealt with immediately when reported.

Elite staff great... House needs improvement. Elite Vacation and it's customer service did awesome.... House on the other hand needs improvement. New mattress (mattress are all in bad shape.) Modern technology (TV, kitchen appliances etc.) Pool needs to be maintain better. Shouldn't have to pay extra to Heat the pool. House has too many rules!!! Other than that, lovely place, nice area and very close to stores and Disney Parks.

Best customer service hands down Best customer service hands down. The young woman named Milly who helped me setup this vacation home was beyond exceptional she was extremely patient with me as she helped me with renting one of there properties and from the moment I reached out to the moment of check out she was more then helpful and great with me and my family. Future vacation rentals will be with them for sure. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience and service you guys gave. Would highly highly recommend you guys not only to friends but to family as well.

Exactly what I expected! I was very happy with the ease of booking. The house was exactly what I expected and I was very happy to have booked the early check in after our long day of travel. The staff Elite Vacation Homes was helpful and answered all my questions and even helped reassure me when I was skeptical after our first vacation home (VRBO) fell through. The company came right out and fixed a few small issues we found with the home within the first 24hours of arrival. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a home. Fair warning Fair warning! Spend the first 24 hours of your family trip documenting EVERYTHING the house has wrong with it! I know you have probably been saving and working hard to relax and enjoy your vacation but I’m serious! You will be charged extra fees upon departure for damage you didn’t do! The staff at Elite are unable to document and keep an inventory of damages, so even that stain on the carpet that looks older than your Grandfather will be charged to you.
