Great location...too hot inside! In general the property is in very good condition and accessible to everything. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. On the other hand in the house we had a lot of heat, even at bedtime. I understand that for being a rental they want to limit the expenses but to feel the air conditioning in 84 degrees seems a bit excessive to me. we lowered the a/c to 69 degrees (not very cold or hot) and in a matter of minutes it returned to 84 degrees. If it were not for that, being in the house was not comfortable because of the heat, I would say that the property is perfect.

Our stay was great Our stay was great! the house is beautiful and well kept. However we did have some issues when the second floor light switch went off in the kids rooms and bathroom and they had no power for 12hrs. And we also had some issues with the direction of reserving the grill. My family was under the impression that the grill was included but it was not and we had plans to grill on Saturday and spend time as a family and we could not because we had to wait until Monday. Otherwise things were excellent. Everything was as described in the picture.

We arrived on Saturday, tried to get in contact to with Management to add some extras, but never called back until Monday the day that we were leaving. Thank God that we did not have any real emergency. I recommend this house you will never regret staying at it. New house with all latest features, Very clean and well maintained,Theater room with gigantic screen, surround system and 12 Recliner Seat Home Theater chairs, Flat screen TV in all bedrooms, Billiard Poll Table, Air Jokey, Soccer Table, Ping Pong Table, Pool with Spa, screened pool and patio. Just amazing!!!!!!

STARMARK --Davenport, FL House- good location, relatively clean; Pool- liner/interior dirty, charges for heating pool; On the cheap policy-- extremely limited supplies i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, only two washcloths provided all inadequate for house that sleeps six people; Four twin mattresses- flipped off the box springs--after calling to complain, the mattresses were changed; Instructions to put out garbage-- garbage was put out to curb but NOT picked up, cans moved back from end of driveway by unknown person??? Instructions re: thermostat to be kept no lower than 72 degrees, two separate days returned to house after being away all day and found thermostat at 69 and 70 degrees??? Overall, we would NOT rent with Starmark again! Deference and response to clients far better at hotel/motel.

The place we stayed at was beautiful… The place we stayed at was beautiful and welll taken care of. Definitely would stay again. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that on our last night there, someone walked straight through our front door and had our same passcode for their apartment next door. I hope they aren’t giving everyone the same passcode.
