I was very disappointed in the property… I was very disappointed in the property we stayed at. The home is very outdated, the mattress were very hard and old (in three of the bedrooms), the towels were old and needed to be replaced, the toilet seat in the master bathroom downstairs needed to be replaced, the garage was dirty and the pool table didn’t have to property equipment to play pool, the interior needs to be painted very bad, and the television in the living room is outdated (clarity was bad. The home could’ve been cleaned better the baseboards were dirty. Overall, the stay wasn’t as pleasant as last year. The pictures of this property weren’t anything like the actually home. The pictures made it looked much nicer. This home needs a lot of TLC. Hoping next year we have a better property.

Vacation home in need of cleaning and repair! The home we stayed at Westside at Windsor was extremely dirty. The floors were filthy, the carpets were disgusting, the furniture was stained and dirty, and there was garbage left on the ground outside by the garbage. The home needs a deep cleaning and some new furniture. The smoke detectors went off continuously throughout our stay. We contacted the management company, however after one attempt to fix, they never returned when we were woke up in the middle of the night again. We ended up taking the smoke detectors down which is a extreme safety hazard and quite scary. We would never stay in a home provided by Starmark Vacation Homes again.

Our stay was great Our stay was great! the house is beautiful and well kept. However we did have some issues when the second floor light switch went off in the kids rooms and bathroom and they had no power for 12hrs. And we also had some issues with the direction of reserving the grill. My family was under the impression that the grill was included but it was not and we had plans to grill on Saturday and spend time as a family and we could not because we had to wait until Monday. Otherwise things were excellent. Everything was as described in the picture.

Our family enjoyed staying in the home… Our family enjoyed staying in the home it was beautiful,the kids and grandkids loved the themed bedrooms,and the pool and spa. I loved the safety precautions taken around the pool,wish we had of had the spa heated. The house had everything that we needed and we would gladly stay again.will use star mark again. Thank you!!

Love it will return on my next vacation Love everything house is the same as in picture or even better if have everything you need big rooms a lot of room for a big crowd is close to everything you will never regret I suggest you to go an stay in this property you will not regret it my next vacation is going to be In this property. The only think that I did.not like was the rent of the grill I think a property like this one should already have this include it
