I was very disappointed in the property… I was very disappointed in the property we stayed at. The home is very outdated, the mattress were very hard and old (in three of the bedrooms), the towels were old and needed to be replaced, the toilet seat in the master bathroom downstairs needed to be replaced, the garage was dirty and the pool table didn’t have to property equipment to play pool, the interior needs to be painted very bad, and the television in the living room is outdated (clarity was bad. The home could’ve been cleaned better the baseboards were dirty. Overall, the stay wasn’t as pleasant as last year. The pictures of this property weren’t anything like the actually home. The pictures made it looked much nicer. This home needs a lot of TLC. Hoping next year we have a better property.

Great stay. Wonderful experience! My family are I just spent 12nights at this beautiful 3bedroom apartment. We arrived to meet everything literally as described.The apartment was very neat and cozy. It has a lovely bathroom attached to the master's bedroom and the second bathroom is shared by the other 2rooms.All bedrooms had a Tv. The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for use. Whenever we had any issue, Leandro in maintenance was always over( with a kind smile) quickly to sort it out. He made our stay quite comfortable. The environment where this apartment is located is quite pleasant. We had access to a pool and gym located on the premises. There are 2 grocery stores literally close by. International drive is a few minutes away by car. Having such a great place to come back to, every evening after an exhausting day at the theme parks, made our vacation even more perfect. I will definitely stay here again when next I am in Orlando.

Beautiful clean home, sparkling pool Beautiful clean home sparking pool. We were hurricane Florence evacuees. It made it bearable. They even upgraded us to a bigger home for free in case our friends wanted to get out of hotels as well. We felt safe and the home was close to shopping etc. Full kitchen, laundry, big screen tv, vcr, satellite. Would like to return under less stressful circumstances. Very simple check in process. Friendly and helpful staff.

I would give it 10 stars because the … I would give it 10 stars because the house is amazing. We arrived on Saturday, tried to get in contact to with Management to add some extras, but never called back until Monday the day that we were leaving. Thank God that we did not have any real emergency. I recommend this house you will never regret staying at it. New house with all latest features, Very clean and well maintained,Theater room with gigantic screen, surround system and 12 Recliner Seat Home Theater chairs, Flat screen TV in all bedrooms, Billiard Poll Table, Air Jokey, Soccer Table, Ping Pong Table, Pool with Spa, screened pool and patio. Just amazing!!!!!!

Our stay was great Our stay was great! the house is beautiful and well kept. However we did have some issues when the second floor light switch went off in the kids rooms and bathroom and they had no power for 12hrs. And we also had some issues with the direction of reserving the grill. My family was under the impression that the grill was included but it was not and we had plans to grill on Saturday and spend time as a family and we could not because we had to wait until Monday. Otherwise things were excellent. Everything was as described in the picture.
