Overall good experience - despite slight supply chain delay Overall good experience, great product. Communication was excellent and received regular updates related to status of order. Only downside is that website did not indicate item was back ordered and delivery would be delayed by 1+ month. As it was bought as a Christmas present, that did create a small issue. However, company did good job about providing status updates.

My only gripe was that I had to return the item because it wasn’t quite big enough for my bike. This cost me $40 for the return, that said the return was very easy.

Was pleasantly surprised that I could pick a free gift. Thought it was going to be some near-worthless trinket... was surprised at the items I could choose from! Issue with Elan bag Excellent Skycon tsa hardshell case is Awesome!! My recently purchased Elan bike bag At first looked perfect. It held necessary gear perfectly however, after 1 ride the bag started to wear significantly where it was against seat post….this should have been considered with a stronger supportive fabric or material to avoid this. I’ve put a small amount of ductape to avoid further wear…which it most definitely will. My seat post is by Most on my Pinarello Dogma F10……If that issue could be rectified…the bag would be “ PERFECT”…….
