Sc Icon Bicycle Travel Bag While the Sales Manager was very transparent about the supply chain challenges, the fact that the website from which I ordered did not give indication that the product is out-of-stock is not acceptable. I'm glad ASG agreed to refund my payment, and the Sales Manager processed it promptly.

Overall good experience - despite slight supply chain delay Overall good experience, great product. Communication was excellent and received regular updates related to status of order. Only downside is that website did not indicate item was back ordered and delivery would be delayed by 1+ month. As it was bought as a Christmas present, that did create a small issue. However, company did good job about providing status updates.

My only gripe was that I had to return the item because it wasn’t quite big enough for my bike. This cost me $40 for the return, that said the return was very easy.
