GBStrong warranty Ordered two pairs, one got pretty scratched up (faulty coating perhaps?) but they did an immediate warranty replacement. Good to know they stand behind the product.

GBI'm super mad about the skateboard I… I'm super mad about the skateboard I got from OutdoorMaster. It's only been three days, and it won't even turn on! Their service is terrible, and the skateboard itself is junk. Don't buy from OutdoorMaster unless you want to waste your money! I messaged OutdoorMaster about the problem and even sent them a video, asking for a refund, but they haven't replied at all. It's like talking to a brick wall!

GBOutstanding products and customer support I’ve been using OutdoorMaster SUP pumps for about 4 years now and the Shark 2 has been the best and fastest on the market. I have recently bought the new Cachalot Mini 2s and it’s absolutely brilliant. I have had questions to ask about both products and the Customer Support Team at OutdoorMaster is second to none. You may believe there are other products as good available now but I promise you you will never find better customer support.

GBVery disappointed, from a previously happy customer. We love Outdoormaster gear. We have bought our goggles about three years ago and we had fantastic service. Unfortunately they have not just let us down this time, but failed to let us know until we got in touch with them. We ordered 2 helmets for our snowboarding trip. We made payment and after 3 weeks still did not receive our order. We emailed Outdoormaster and Iris explained that they can't send it to us in the UK and that they will refund us. We where upset but we understood. If they refunded us straight away we would not be writing this review. It has now been an additional 2 weeks and still we haven't received our refund. We keep emailing them and no response. I would have loved to have our kit...but now all we need is the refund.

GBPlaced an order for a boot bag Placed an order for a boot bag. Got a confirmation, followed up by an email saying the product was out of stock. The offer to me was simply do you want a change of colour - no detail on the colour types, what was in stock or anything else. I replied asking for detail. No response. I have chased and no response. The money has been taken from my account. I then saw similar experiences for people on here. I have tried calling the US number - simply a full mail box. Id stay away! I am now chasing a refund. To update - Iris has been intouch now. She has explained they had a problem with their inbox (!) but I have received a refund for which I am grateful. And I have been offered a discount on a future order, although it did not specify how much.
