GBOutdoor Master’s Customer Service Sucks… Outdoor Master’s customer service might be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 1st, they send me a damaged product. 2nd, I email them with pictures stating I would like a refund and I receive a canned response of how sorry they are and promise me a refund in “1-5” business days. It’s now been 8 days without receiving my refund. The contact phone # is horseshit because no one ever answers it the damn in box is full. I will NEVER buy anything from this company.

GBI have loved the pump until… I have loved the pump until the battery was not working properly, and got frustrated and left it in the garage for 6 months. Then decided to see if I could buy a new battery or something. And to my amazement, they replaced the pump for me and were amazing fast in their response and follow through. Any next outdoor product I need I’ll be looking for your company name. Thanks for your help!

GBTerrible Return Process / Customer Service Ordered goggles, but decided to return them. No responses from multiple emails and chat after finally getting return information and shipping the goggles back. Warning: they don't pay for return shipping. Been over a week since they have gotten the goggles back. I'm going to have to dispute the charge, but I'm out money for goggles plus shipping cost. Terrible customer service, takes multiple emails and days for responses until they just stop responding Update: Order Number 98907 I finally received a refund after I posted this review

GBGreat products and staff The online representative was very responsive and understanding. I've ordered 3 pairs of goggles, multiple lenses, and have had friends order several pairs too. I had a minor break in one frame (plastic), and OM was willing to send me a replacement. I will be ordering more products. The ability to change lenses, very easily, based on conditions, is great.
