Great products and staff The online representative was very responsive and understanding. I've ordered 3 pairs of goggles, multiple lenses, and have had friends order several pairs too. I had a minor break in one frame (plastic), and OM was willing to send me a replacement. I will be ordering more products. The ability to change lenses, very easily, based on conditions, is great.

Answered my question quickly! Iris bot answered my question quickly and completely. I have sent similar inquiries to two other companies and have yet to receive a response from them!! If your goggles will fit my new helmet (hasn't arrived yet), I will definately purchase your goggles, in part thanks to your Iris.

Outstanding customer service I bought the Shark 2 pump 18 months ago on their website. It worked well inflating both SUP’s and Kayaks. 2 weeks ago I noticed the inflation time had increased and the high pressure stage was kicking on immediately. I contacted customer support via email, they asked a couple of questions, and diagnosed a faulty first stage. They sent me a new pump which arrived within days. It’s hard to do better supporting your product. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one.

Very disappointed, from a previously happy customer. We love Outdoormaster gear. We have bought our goggles about three years ago and we had fantastic service. Unfortunately they have not just let us down this time, but failed to let us know until we got in touch with them. We ordered 2 helmets for our snowboarding trip. We made payment and after 3 weeks still did not receive our order. We emailed Outdoormaster and Iris explained that they can't send it to us in the UK and that they will refund us. We where upset but we understood. If they refunded us straight away we would not be writing this review. It has now been an additional 2 weeks and still we haven't received our refund. We keep emailing them and no response. I would have loved to have our kit...but now all we need is the refund.

Outstanding products and customer support I’ve been using OutdoorMaster SUP pumps for about 4 years now and the Shark 2 has been the best and fastest on the market. I have recently bought the new Cachalot Mini 2s and it’s absolutely brilliant. I have had questions to ask about both products and the Customer Support Team at OutdoorMaster is second to none. You may believe there are other products as good available now but I promise you you will never find better customer support.
