GBOutdoor Master’s Customer Service Sucks… Outdoor Master’s customer service might be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 1st, they send me a damaged product. 2nd, I email them with pictures stating I would like a refund and I receive a canned response of how sorry they are and promise me a refund in “1-5” business days. It’s now been 8 days without receiving my refund. The contact phone # is horseshit because no one ever answers it the damn in box is full. I will NEVER buy anything from this company.

GBOutstanding products and customer support I’ve been using OutdoorMaster SUP pumps for about 4 years now and the Shark 2 has been the best and fastest on the market. I have recently bought the new Cachalot Mini 2s and it’s absolutely brilliant. I have had questions to ask about both products and the Customer Support Team at OutdoorMaster is second to none. You may believe there are other products as good available now but I promise you you will never find better customer support.

GBOrder had issues, but resolved There was an issue with my order, but it was finally made right. It did take a while, but in the end I am satisfied and I received both the goggles and the extra lens before I left town on my ski trip.

GBVision Bundle and Customer Service So the reviews I read about Outdoor Master were pretty solid across the board. Saw some reviews about customer service issues, but that did not hold me back from pushing forth and purchasing a pair of the goggles with some other lens. I had a short timeline and they delivered. Not only is the product as advertised, I had some questions of customer service. I am not saying others did not have issues, but customer service was extremely responsive during my process.

GBI'm super mad about the skateboard I… I'm super mad about the skateboard I got from OutdoorMaster. It's only been three days, and it won't even turn on! Their service is terrible, and the skateboard itself is junk. Don't buy from OutdoorMaster unless you want to waste your money! I messaged OutdoorMaster about the problem and even sent them a video, asking for a refund, but they haven't replied at all. It's like talking to a brick wall!
