GBThis company I believe is a scam This company I believe is a scam. I apparently was signed up on Sept 2020 without my knowledge. I canceled the account in either late 2019/early 2020, but apparently they have started charging my account again. Daily Burn has continued to charge my credit card $19.95 per month since Sep 20 now! I only noticed recently when checking to see if a charge had been reversed (another merchant). Then I looked at all my statements to see when the charges started back up and noticed they started back up in Sep20.

GBI think that if a trainer on a "outdoor… I think that if a trainer on a "outdoor running" audio recommends a stretch an tone next, that the workout for that should come right up afterwards as soon as the workout is over. I also think that the last workout you did should come up on the home page each time you log in with similar workouts offered as well.

GBHard to end a fraudulent account I noticed a daily burn subscription drawing from my credit card. I cannot contact daily burn although I canceled my credit card twice each time daily burned found a way to continue charging my new credit card. They will not answer a phone and no one in our household signed up for this account.. (update). Finally after getting a reply from customer support I was able to resolve the issue. And they were great... Still wondering how after canceling my card twice they were the only one who could continue taking payments.

GBFraudulent charges I also never signed up with this company, I never even visited their website before but a couple weeks ago noticed a fraudulent charge on my debit card from them. I have no idea how they got my information! I imagine they've been hacked or something... but this company needs to figure this out because this is ridiculous.

CASame as all the other bad reviews Same as all the other bad reviews, these guys wish they were at the caliber of a company like Classpass. Embarassing that they ignore support requests until people write a review on here, and they respond offering to "help" at the support email address. FYI, I emailed them multiple times and haven't heard back. They've been secretly charging me for months with no notification after a free trial and it's nearly impossible to cancel. The website "doesn't recognize" my email address, even though that's the only address I registered from. Now I'm forced to cancel my card as a last resort. What a money grab Seriously, save yourself the time and hassle and just sign up with Classpass or another reputable site.
