GBUnauthorized Monthly Charges After Cancelation Like many others, we have been charged again and again after cancelling. I am now handling with my bank, and reporting as fraud. They do not accept "Customer Inquiries" via phone when called and you must rely on email communications.

GBUnauthorized Charges I was a member back in 2016 before moving on and quitting the program. In June they randomly charged me $15 - no idea why, or that this company still had my credit card information. Then a couple of days ago they charged me $59.99 - and luckily my husband caught it hitting our bank account. I never found out what I was charged for, why all of a sudden this hit my account, etc. I have arthritis in my ankle and can't do aerobics, hopefully it will improve but I walk with a cane most of the time. Had trouble getting an itemized explanation and refunded, but bank became involved and I did get my money back.

GBBogus charges...prompt and courteous refund Two months of charges appeared on our bank statement that we did not make. After contacting their customer service, we found out it was connected to an email address that was not ours. They promptly and courteously refunded those charges. No idea how it happened, (and we had our bank close that card, of course), but I'm quite happy with their customer service!

GBBest decision for my family This is the only at-home workout I've been able to consistently stick with - and even get EXCITED about doing. The variety is what keeps me coming back, and continues to transform my body. Even my self-proclaimed-exercise-hater husband is doing it with me now. AUUnauthorised Charges Just received a notification for a subscription charge I never signed up for. I downloaded the app maybe a month ago, but have not had the time to make an account OR even start a trial. The subscription does not even exist in my Apple settings, so quite unsure as to how they've started charging me. Have e-mailed the support team, but quite upsetting that I have to waste time into getting a refund.
