Similar to many others who have shared… Similar to many others who have shared their experiences, DB is only invested in being certain customers cannot end a subscription. The loophole is endless. I've disputed the monthly $21.35 charge on my account and yet, the charges continue. I've burned more calories trying get out of their "program" than I did while being in their "program".

Same as all the other bad reviews Same as all the other bad reviews, these guys wish they were at the caliber of a company like Classpass. Embarassing that they ignore support requests until people write a review on here, and they respond offering to "help" at the support email address. FYI, I emailed them multiple times and haven't heard back. They've been secretly charging me for months with no notification after a free trial and it's nearly impossible to cancel. The website "doesn't recognize" my email address, even though that's the only address I registered from. Now I'm forced to cancel my card as a last resort. What a money grab Seriously, save yourself the time and hassle and just sign up with Classpass or another reputable site.

Unauthorized Monthly Charges After Cancelation Like many others, we have been charged again and again after cancelling. I am now handling with my bank, and reporting as fraud. They do not accept "Customer Inquiries" via phone when called and you must rely on email communications.

This company I believe is a scam This company I believe is a scam. I apparently was signed up on Sept 2020 without my knowledge. I canceled the account in either late 2019/early 2020, but apparently they have started charging my account again. Daily Burn has continued to charge my credit card $19.95 per month since Sep 20 now! I only noticed recently when checking to see if a charge had been reversed (another merchant). Then I looked at all my statements to see when the charges started back up and noticed they started back up in Sep20.

I would put 0 starts if I could I would put 0 starts if I could. I don't even know what this company is or how they got my credit card information. I did not sign up for even a free trial with them. My experience similar to other reviews here, and I have already send them an email to inquire as well as cancelled my credit card. Please don't bother writing a response to my review telling me to contact your support team. I've already done so.
