GBUnauthorized Charges I was a member back in 2016 before moving on and quitting the program. In June they randomly charged me $15 - no idea why, or that this company still had my credit card information. Then a couple of days ago they charged me $59.99 - and luckily my husband caught it hitting our bank account. I never found out what I was charged for, why all of a sudden this hit my account, etc. I have arthritis in my ankle and can't do aerobics, hopefully it will improve but I walk with a cane most of the time. Had trouble getting an itemized explanation and refunded, but bank became involved and I did get my money back.

GBAdvertised offer not applied, no response from customer service. [See update at end] Signed up through an offer on American Express which offered 3 months complimentary service followed by 1 year at a discounted rate. After signing up, only the standard one month free service was shown, and no mention of future reduced rate. Emailed support on Jan 17, reminder on Jan 21, and then contacted them via web site on Jan 23. Company has not responded even once, even though they claim to respond to every email "within two business days or less". Would like to have the offer applied, or subscription canceled. [Update] Received a response with an apology for delay due to technical issues. The offer was applied and this issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

GBTrial is a SCAM! They'll continue to charge after cancelling. I signed up for the FREE trial on April 6, 2020 and cancelled the trial on April 10, 2020. Daily Burn has continued to charge my credit card $19.95 per month for over 1 year. I only noticed recently when doing my 2020 taxes. I contacted the company by Facebook Messenger and email multiple times without a response. They finally responded today (April 20, 2021) and said that it's my responsibility to cancel the trial (which I did, but wasn't processed correctly on their end). They only offered a 1-month refund rather than the entire $239.40 (12 months) that they scammed out of me. I've filed chargebacks with my credit card and I'm also attempting to file a BBB report.

GBBogus charges...prompt and courteous refund Two months of charges appeared on our bank statement that we did not make. After contacting their customer service, we found out it was connected to an email address that was not ours. They promptly and courteously refunded those charges. No idea how it happened, (and we had our bank close that card, of course), but I'm quite happy with their customer service!

CASame as all the other bad reviews Same as all the other bad reviews, these guys wish they were at the caliber of a company like Classpass. Embarassing that they ignore support requests until people write a review on here, and they respond offering to "help" at the support email address. FYI, I emailed them multiple times and haven't heard back. They've been secretly charging me for months with no notification after a free trial and it's nearly impossible to cancel. The website "doesn't recognize" my email address, even though that's the only address I registered from. Now I'm forced to cancel my card as a last resort. What a money grab Seriously, save yourself the time and hassle and just sign up with Classpass or another reputable site.
