Great adjustable dumbbell design I’d been looking for some adjustable dumbbells to add to my garage gym and the BWSS 44lbs set has been the best addition this year - both in space saving and quick adjustment design. They’ve been put to use every time I’m out there lifting. My only regret is not getting the 55lbs set which would have given a larger use range.

Frustrating and dangerous Ordered a full set with the 90 lb adjustable dumbbells. The bench and bands never showed up. At least they refunded me for those. The weights only weigh 79 lbs and 82 lbs, far from their claimed 90 lbs. beyond that, after a few months the weights started falling off! Incredibly dangerous!!!! I tried using tape and epoxy to re-adhere the lip that the weight uses but it just is not enough. Don’t waste your money.

It’s been 3 months, no tracking number yet I ordered a set of adjustable dumbbells June 3 2021. It is September and I still haven’t gotten a tracking number or anything. I reached out to the company several times through the process and they always say my dumbbells are set to ship in the next week or two, but they never do. I am issuing a chargeback tomorrow.

Bulls**t Company! I purchased adjustable weights and the handle broke and the weights fell off when using. I contacted customer service a month ago- it’s all a lie. Fake emails- passing off to fake names of employees pretending to help.They are a s**t company- who gave run around and back and forth emails as they accepted orders and money for products: they don’t stand behind the quality of any of it and have proven they don’t give a s**t about the customer! No wonder they had 70percent off sale they are closing up shop and not seeing through their commitments as a company! Crap business! Crap customer service that doesn’t exist!

BWSS had the best price on the items I… BWSS had the best price on the items I ordered. Given the shipping difficulties due to Covid-19, and vaccine distribution, I knew the timeliness of delivery would be delayed. BWSS always kept me updated on status of my items, so I didn’t have to initiate any contacts with them. Their updates were much appreciated. I didn’t feel like I was ignored like I experienced with other companies.
