Generally an extremely positive… Generally an extremely positive experience! It took a while for the product to arrive, which was a bit stressful, but the customer service team (Kira especially) was an amazing help at keeping me updated, and making sure I knew when it could be expected to arrive. The weights are great, and have become an almost-daily used item in our household. The settings are pretty easy to figure out, and the weights are sturdy. So far, so good!

Great adjustable dumbbells Great adjustable dumbbells. Love them for the small indoor gym we created. We like that 5-45lbs are available in one dumbbell. Looking forward to many workouts with these. Shipping took approximately 6 weeks- which was expected and stated when we ordered. Customer service has been professional and prompt. Would recommend.

Buyer Beware Buyer Beware - my dumbbells broke within 3 months of receiving and the company won’t stand behind their product. Save your money and buy from a reputable company. Btw - this is my second time posting because the company deleted my prior post. They delete bad reviews off of their page.

How could the review average to 3.5… How could the review average to 3.5 stars? Although I received my order, the dumbells started malfunctioning within a week of using them. Eventually the plates on one end fell off and I cannot get them to stay attached.

Non-responsive customer care Purchased adjustable dumbbells at the height of Covid lockdown. Took much longer than advertised to arrive (somewhat understandable)....Used the dumbbells for a few months until one broke (a poor design/manufacture). Started a conversation with their customer care who sounded very understanding at first but then went silent and didn't respond to my follow-up emails. Checked their website today and looks like the company is no longer online. I guess they made their money by being opportunistic during Covid and by the looks of it left a lot of people dissatisfied. Perhaps a lesson for the future - trust brands you know?
