It’s been 3 months, no tracking number yet I ordered a set of adjustable dumbbells June 3 2021. It is September and I still haven’t gotten a tracking number or anything. I reached out to the company several times through the process and they always say my dumbbells are set to ship in the next week or two, but they never do. I am issuing a chargeback tomorrow.

Great customer service. I received the adjustable dumbbells several months ago and have used it regularly. I had an issue with one of the dumbbells where the plastic piece that holds the weight broke off. This happened twice, several months apart. I emailed customer service both times and Kira responded very quickly and replaced the equipment with no issues. I appreciated very quick response and how effectively Kira solved my issues. I purchased the adjustable dumbbells… I purchased the adjustable dumbbells that go up to 90 pounds each, and they are absolute BEASTS! I looked at buying a dumbbell rack for the last several months because most adjustable options only go up to around 50 pounds each, which would have been very expensive and take up a lot of space. The big dumbbells from BWSS are a must for anyone serious about lifting at home...great value and purchase!!

Frustrating and dangerous Ordered a full set with the 90 lb adjustable dumbbells. The bench and bands never showed up. At least they refunded me for those. The weights only weigh 79 lbs and 82 lbs, far from their claimed 90 lbs. beyond that, after a few months the weights started falling off! Incredibly dangerous!!!! I tried using tape and epoxy to re-adhere the lip that the weight uses but it just is not enough. Don’t waste your money.

Great adjustable dumbbell design I’d been looking for some adjustable dumbbells to add to my garage gym and the BWSS 44lbs set has been the best addition this year - both in space saving and quick adjustment design. They’ve been put to use every time I’m out there lifting. My only regret is not getting the 55lbs set which would have given a larger use range.
