Terrible customer service and follow up Ordering with Rep Fitness has been by far my most frustrating experience in building my home gym. Their lack of communication protocols and apparent disregard for caring bout their customers is totally evident by the fact their CSR hours are only open for 3 days a week 4 hour each . I ordered a leg roller , strap safeties, and landmine over a month ago . Only one item came in and it is missing parts . Despite this the Repfitness order portal says my order has been delivered but UPS is showing a delay. I also have clear cross members that are rusting and repfitness won’t take any ownership of the product quality. Do yourself a favor and think twice , no think 10 times before ordering from them

Rep will not make it right for low-quality item Bought a leg roller attachment to go with my bench (also from Rep). The leg roller quality is clearly inferior, it shakes and rattles when doing sit ups, making the exerciser unstable. Cheap plastic smell too. I got in touch with Rep with picture and video (Rep requested me to submit a video), but they emailed me back saying it was normal and started talking about something irrelevant to the defective areas I was pointing to. They refused to give me a partial refund. Their return policy is: you pay the return shipping fee plus 15% restocking fee. Think twice before you order. Also, read the customer reviews, I am not the only one who had this issue. I am giving 2 stars because I want to be objective as the bench I received is of good quality and super stable.

I'm a potential customer in UK. I'm a potential customer in UK. Their equipment looks really nice and I would have definitely purchased some equipment. Sadly there is a 5 month waiting time to buy from their UK supplier and do not sell directly. I wonder how this is a good business model to have what looks to be fantastic bits of kit that you cant get within a reasonable time? I tried to buy directly from their US site but sadly they do not do international sales. I believe that they would expand their business exponentially if they would handle international sales themselves or to have a decent amount of stock in a European warehouse to create short lead times and grow their client base. Ironically I'm disappointed with their sales set up and not getting the opportunity to buy and give a positive review of what looks to be decent work out equipment. Can i recommend Rep fitness? Regrettably NO! I would welcome the opportunity to sing their praise.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I am beyond disappointed in the level of customer service. Not responding to phones calls or emails for DAYS AT A TIME is UNACCEPTABLE. I REGRET spending our money with this company and will NOT be a returning customer. What a shame...I am hoping we eventually receive the products we paid for.

Pitiful customer service Pitiful customer service. I want to shop REP because I live and run my business in Colorado. Every order I have had a bad customer service experience. Whether it’s a rude kid or a long wait only to find the staff goofing off in the back instead of retrieving my order.The quality is good, but no where near the quality of Rogue. I asked if they would do a special pre-order for Colorado small businesses instead of putting me in a que where Im number 16,000 in line to buy equipment. They said no. Ill stick with Rogue.
