Great Company, Great Service Have ordered over 4k worth of items. have they all been perfect, nope, however Rep Fitness always made it right! No idea what people are talking about not being able to reach anyone, just called today to correct shipping address and got someone in under 5 minutes. Great US based Customer Service, not so great China items. However eventually you will get an acceptable or very good product as they make it right.

Great Experience, Quick Delivery Placed an order for multiple pieces of equipment totaling about $2k on Dec 22nd. Afterwards, I read multiple reviews with issues about shipping delays or poor customer service. Naturally, I got nervous.. especially considering I was ordering right around Christmas. On Dec 27th, I received an email with tracking info (it wasn't actually picked up by FedEx until the 28th) and I received everything today, on Dec 30th. 8 days in total from ordering until delivery. Honestly, I don't know if I just got lucky? Or maybe they've made improvements to their logistics. But from this experience, I have absolutely no complaints with Rep Fitness.

Solid pricing, terrible customer service Solid pricing and decent equipment. Their customer service is absolutely aweful. Ordering is an absolute pain in the ass and there are always issues. I just pay the rogue tax and avoid this company all together. Not worth the headache. If you can get the equipment and it's not missing parts it seems decent.

I place the order first week of… I place the order first week of september 2020 according to tracking number they give me estimated delivery date october 5 2020 but until now no delivery happen .tracking said still in shanghai. sent them dozen of email but this company doesn’t reply. i have a feeling i’m been scam by this company . i have to file a dispute thru Paypal to get my $1000.00 back but until now no result yet. Please Avoid Doing Business With this Seller they are only good communicating in the beginning to get your money after that their not communicating with you . Big mistake to trust this company.

Bought a Rep Fitness bench Bought a Rep Fitness bench. It arrived with a warped frame and a broken post. This despite a Rep fitness representative on Reddit claiming quality control issues were over. They have NO quality control at all and the benches they claim are their design can be found all over the internet. They lied abut that too. Also, the site King of the Gym will remove comments that show Rep fitness in a negative light. They've obviously bought their positive reviews.
