CAItem still has not arrived I ordered a personalized golf divot and ball marker as a gift and specified the date I needed the item for in advance. I received an e mail saying they would need to charge me additional for shipping to get the item here on time . It has been two weeks now and the item is still not here even after paying money to have it express shipped. It did not arrive in time for the occasion and I am very dissapointed.

I don’t normally complete surveys but I just had to share how surprised I was with the response to my request. I was being very picky about my new grandson’s gift and they treated me like it was their most important issue and immediately sent me a replacement!
