GBIt was ok I was s little disappointed with what came with the basket when it arrived, for the price i paid it just seemed a little expensive. Besides the fact I requested it be delivered on a certain day or close to it, a fay or two. It ended up arriving a week or so later. I was starting to think that I was ot going to recieve It. Other than that the recipient of the basket was pleased, and I guess that's all that really matters.

GBIt shouldn’t be this difficult . . . Purchased black ID tags/buttons thinking they would not oxidize and leave marks on clothing. Unfortunately, the black covering came off the raised edge after one round of golf. For the total price, one would expect a better coating. 9/23/19. Thanks for reaching out, but no replacements are necessary. Couple of the ID tags/buttons popped off and I going to search for something different. I use soft Winn Grips that need a larger tip.

GBThe back of the display case came… The back of the display case came completely off in transit. The staples used to fasten it to the frame seemed to be inadequate and poorly done.

GBExceeded Expectations I ordered a custom old fashioned hickory putter with engraving. The staff was very responsive to questions, understanding my time constraints (my poor planning, not theirs). Turnaround time was so much faster than expected. And the quality of the product was WAY above expectation- usually on other websites when you get something personalized, its a cheap knock off of whatever you ordered. Not in this case- AT ALL. Very high quality materials, great engraving, and a leatherette cover fitted to the club as well. I am so, so impressed. GBReceived the order quickly Received the order quickly. The ball marker material used was a bit on the light side. The color printing could be more more vivid. It looked a bit washed. Price for the product is reasonable considering the small volume ordered and turn around time was great.
