Nice options for golf paraphanalia I purchased multiple items from Great Golf Memories. The quality of the products is good and I liked the many options. I am disappointed in their return policy. A 10% restocking fee is ridiculous. I order from a lot of online companies and this is the first time I have seen this done. I will definitely choose another company in the future that will not charge such a fee.

Still no shirt Ordered a small green Master's shirt on April 14 with 2 day delivery. Still no shirt on April 29.

It shouldn’t be this difficult . . . Purchased black ID tags/buttons thinking they would not oxidize and leave marks on clothing. Unfortunately, the black covering came off the raised edge after one round of golf. For the total price, one would expect a better coating. 9/23/19. Thanks for reaching out, but no replacements are necessary. Couple of the ID tags/buttons popped off and I going to search for something different. I use soft Winn Grips that need a larger tip.

Improve order confirmation process Ordered a Black Box ball marker set, product is very good. Would have liked to see a preview of what I ordered before final order was placed, to confirm my choice was correct. (initials style) Was unable to track order with tracking number provided and would like to see a confirmation the product was delivered

It was ok I was s little disappointed with what came with the basket when it arrived, for the price i paid it just seemed a little expensive. Besides the fact I requested it be delivered on a certain day or close to it, a fay or two. It ended up arriving a week or so later. I was starting to think that I was ot going to recieve It. Other than that the recipient of the basket was pleased, and I guess that's all that really matters.
