GBTotally amazing customer service! This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received! I don’t normally complete surveys but I just had to share how surprised I was with the response to my request. I was being very picky about my new grandson’s gift and they treated me like it was their most important issue and immediately sent me a replacement! Not only am I grateful but also look forward to continuing my business with Great Golf Memories!

CAItem still has not arrived I ordered a personalized golf divot and ball marker as a gift and specified the date I needed the item for in advance. I received an e mail saying they would need to charge me additional for shipping to get the item here on time . It has been two weeks now and the item is still not here even after paying money to have it express shipped. It did not arrive in time for the occasion and I am very dissapointed.

GBGolf finders popped out of the long… Golf finders popped out of the long irons quickly. Customer service said I should glue them in. Want to be able to use them when I regrip my clubs, but can’t.

GBIt was ok I was s little disappointed with what came with the basket when it arrived, for the price i paid it just seemed a little expensive. Besides the fact I requested it be delivered on a certain day or close to it, a fay or two. It ended up arriving a week or so later. I was starting to think that I was ot going to recieve It. Other than that the recipient of the basket was pleased, and I guess that's all that really matters.

GBI ordered a golf club holder I ordered a golf club holder. It was set to be delivered on December 4. I still don’t have my order and it is not trackable. They do not pay for priority shipping or any tracking status. They refuse to refund me and cannot tell me when or if my item will arrive. Buyer beware. Items do not arrive when they say they will and they do not care.
