Bought A Hi Capa and Recieved So I bought a hi capa which is army armament 613xl and I got it but they gave me the wrong magazine I tried calling customer service and they told me to email them about a picture of the gun and magazine. Its been almost 2 weeks and still havent gotten a call back or emailed back whatsoever. I am NEVER buying anything else from THIS COMPANY ANYMORE!!

Gun shipped in good condition and… Gun shipped in good condition and operated perfectly. Went with a dozen friends who all dropped in 150 to 200$ range and they wanted my gun (Lancer tactical Gen 2 M4 Keymod Grey). Highly recommended from a beginners standpoint.

Non-responsive customer service These guys will not answer the phones. They rarely answer emails. We requested to cancel an order well before it was shipped out. We were ignored and it was shipped anyway. Every attempt we've made to contact them to return the items since has been futile. They don't respond to emails or answer phones and just ignore you. I'd stay away!

Quality products/ good deals Got a good deal on several items now, and they've all arrived in great shape. Shipping is slow compared to today's standard, and i wish the website would use more than 1 photo per item, but it's all great quality at competitive prices.
