GBMagazine was defective out of the box Magazine was defective out of the box. No one answers the customer service number. A warranty claim has been filled and a lame email reply-question of “have you purged the mag and refill?”

GBGreat company, prompt shipping and awesome customer service. After returning to Airsoft after many years I was deciding on which company to begin ordering from. AirsoftGI has a solid website and great pricing so I went with them. I've had prompt shipping, correct orders, and great customer service. My most recent order was some Elite Force BBs. I accidentally ordered the non-bio BBs and reached out to support to cancel my order. I received a response almost immediately from Eric A. and he helped correct my order. GBNon-responsive customer service These guys will not answer the phones. They rarely answer emails. We requested to cancel an order well before it was shipped out. We were ignored and it was shipped anyway. Every attempt we've made to contact them to return the items since has been futile. They don't respond to emails or answer phones and just ignore you. I'd stay away!

GBQuality products/ good deals Got a good deal on several items now, and they've all arrived in great shape. Shipping is slow compared to today's standard, and i wish the website would use more than 1 photo per item, but it's all great quality at competitive prices.
