Rather trust a hobo with a Ferrari than AirsoftGI with my money Bought a brand new box mag, smokes and some small accessories. Box mag didn't work, smokes were all missing their pull-tabs. Emailed AGI, and they did not reply, left a message on YouTube chat during one of their live sessions, and was ignored. I'd rather buy from a total stranger off Craiglist, at least I know I'm getting scammed right away.

Non-responsive customer service These guys will not answer the phones. They rarely answer emails. We requested to cancel an order well before it was shipped out. We were ignored and it was shipped anyway. Every attempt we've made to contact them to return the items since has been futile. They don't respond to emails or answer phones and just ignore you. I'd stay away!

I enjoy Airsoft GI I enjoy Airsoft GI! Good service, comprable prices and equipments. Good speed at processing and shipping orders. However, I do feel that the inventory is a little lack luster in the tactical equipment cataegory. I feel more variety is needed, especially along the lines of optics, attachments, protective gear and the likes.

Don’t shop any where else I have ordered many items from GI Airsoft over several years . I think their prices are very competitive. They have great deals on hundreds of items every month, and their holiday specials are awesome! If I have a problem with an item I can call their customer service line an they always take care of the issue. I highly recommend gi Airsoft to any new an veteran players . Magazine was defective out of the box Magazine was defective out of the box. No one answers the customer service number. A warranty claim has been filled and a lame email reply-question of “have you purged the mag and refill?”
