GBI mostly have enjoyed my experience… I mostly have enjoyed my experience with AirsoftGI. There are great deals too. That being said, any mystery gifts I have gotten have been patches or a t-shirt. I understand it's a chance but I ordered 3 for the $5 mystery box and two days before AirsoftGI did the whole mystery gift week I had placed orders, not knowing that two days later the mystery week would begin. I'm satisfied for the service, dissappointed in the lack of communication for upcoming deals.

GBGood products great selection high shipping cost Good products and great selection. My only complaint would b shipping costs. They r always insanely high no matter what u purchase. I was getting charged 20-30 dollars for something so small it would have cost me 5 dollars to ship myself. I have actually had multiple items in my cart on different occasions and did not finalize the order because shipping was too high. Ended up buying elsewhere and saving 30 dollars on shipping

GBRather trust a hobo with a Ferrari than AirsoftGI with my money Bought a brand new box mag, smokes and some small accessories. Box mag didn't work, smokes were all missing their pull-tabs. Emailed AGI, and they did not reply, left a message on YouTube chat during one of their live sessions, and was ignored. I'd rather buy from a total stranger off Craiglist, at least I know I'm getting scammed right away.

GBGreat customer service. Like all other companies, I have had some product issues with GI, but they have helped me out with those issues and took care of them. If anyone is having issue with their orders, it's best to give them a call or DM them on their Instagram @airsoftgidotcom

GBMagazine was defective out of the box Magazine was defective out of the box. No one answers the customer service number. A warranty claim has been filled and a lame email reply-question of “have you purged the mag and refill?”
