You can tell how much keen attention to detail was put into engineering this board together. Runs satisfyingly smooth when I'm cruising around on it.

GBParadigm shift Paradigm shift! This has seriously been the biggest game changer. I've been looking for a way to get around during work layovers when I'm stuck at different hotels around the country and this longboard has been a game changer. As a pilot, transportation is pretty limited to on-foot, uber, or public transportation. Folds up into my luggage, takes up minimal space, folds out full size. Its super sturdy, takes a beating on all the various roads, and holds its own. Dealing with the company during purchase and a small repair on one of the wheels has been incredible. Seriously such a breath of fresh air dealing with such a down to earth, awesome group of people. Super innovative product and a real game changer to travelers everywhere.

GBCustomer service problems My name is Ralph Jones jr. And I haven't been able to access my account since I purchased my item, I didn't realize that it would take this long for my item to arrive and that it was being shipped overseas I wish my experience could have been better. I've been trying to get in contact numerous amounts of times to be able to access my account and there hasn't been anything done, please improve on this.

FRIrresponsable towards clients We ordered a board before Christmas 2020. Then, suddenly, the web-site cancelled the order and did a payement refund without explaining any reasons and without proposing any additional options. We tried to contact them via “contact back”, but we didn’t get the answer in 24h, as they promise that, and we didn’t get any answer at all. Very irresponsible towards their clients.
