FRIrresponsable towards clients We ordered a board before Christmas 2020. Then, suddenly, the web-site cancelled the order and did a payement refund without explaining any reasons and without proposing any additional options. We tried to contact them via “contact back”, but we didn’t get the answer in 24h, as they promise that, and we didn’t get any answer at all. Very irresponsible towards their clients.

GBExcellent product, excellent experience, and excellent customer service My 12 year old son received his BoardUp longboard as a Christmas gift. It quickly became his favorite item. He loves riding it and showing off its functionality. When an issue required company assistance, Bin at BoardUp was very helpful and promptly resolved it.

GBBetter than expected! I wasn't entirely sure what to expect with this board, but I gave it a shot without doing much research and it has exceeded my expectations. The performance is similar to a long board and the hinge, which looks a bit odd at first glance, is really nicely done and easy to use. Looking forward to taking it with me on my next trip.

GBExactly what I expected it to be Folding mechanism is very well designed. I am a professor and ride across campus to class. The folding feature allows me to easily pop and carry my board without making a spectacle of myself. Haha. The trucks could be a bit better, the wheels could be a bit smoother, and the battery really needs an upgrade. If I’m looking for portability (on campus, museum hopping in DC), this is my board. If i am cruising for comfort, I definitely prefer my Backfire boards. This board is exactly what I expected it to be.

DKOriginally I loved my fold-able… Originally I loved my fold-able longboard. But the shortcommings of the board have become clearer for every board I've bought since. And currently I'm using a Teemo for my daily commute. The fold-able longboard is way too soft. Foot placement is very important to avoid scratching the bottom of the board unless you are a kid. And the E-add on is not something I can recommend either. The single hub motor is not strong enough on it's own. And it feels more like a helping motor than anything else. No to mention the bad instructions for installing and difficulty installing. Plus the less than stellar help when corresponding. The hinge is a good idea. Everything else needs work.
