You can tell how much keen attention to detail was put into engineering this board together. Runs satisfyingly smooth when I'm cruising around on it.

FRIrresponsable towards clients We ordered a board before Christmas 2020. Then, suddenly, the web-site cancelled the order and did a payement refund without explaining any reasons and without proposing any additional options. We tried to contact them via “contact back”, but we didn’t get the answer in 24h, as they promise that, and we didn’t get any answer at all. Very irresponsible towards their clients.

CHBad Customer support My wife placed an order for a board as a birthday gift for me a month and a half ahead. However, when she inquired about the status, she received a brief response stating, "Sorry, we are out of stock," without any explanation. We do not even know when we will receive a refund. The customer support experience has been highly disappointing. Although I cannot comment on the quality of the board, I hope that more attention is given to operations than to customer support.
