Our experienced team makes sure that the size is correct and also makes sure that you get any accessories that you are looking for to make your riding experience perfect with everything that you will need. All bikes shipped from our facility are inspected by our mechanics to make sure that you receive a bike in great working order. Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. When we pick up you'll talk to a real cyclist right here in the San Diego California. We're all bike people here with years of knowledge, experience, and a love for riding. Best service ever Best service ever! I had a minor tub issue and delivery delay (which was FEDEX's fault). However, Nik really took care of me and addressed the issue very professionally. I'm very grateful to Nik for making the overall purchase experience a very pleasant one. Thanks again Nik!

The bike was thoroughly inspected… The bike was thoroughly inspected before shipment. It was shipped on time. During the assemble, the rear pedal tread worn-out by mistake. I called Mr. Nik of Americas Bike Company about this issue. Without hesitation, he promised to send me a replacement. The ABC customers service is the best, they are very professional, and courteous. I called ABC for a guide before I started the assemble, a YouTube link was email that guided me through the steps. I am awaiting the new pedal delivery. You can see the quality of Schwinn Tango Tandem Cruiser Bike life. The bike looks elegant, and it's extremely beautiful, I can't wait to get my wife on it for a ride.

Single to Three Speed Conversion Ordered parts to convert my single speed cruiser bike to a three speed. ABC offered the right wheels, Nexus hub and shifters at the right price, and they showed up quickly. The instructions provided by Shimano were not in the box, so I had find the 3i adjustment procedure online, but that was minor. I had to re-dish both wheels so that the tires would be centered, but as stated on the packaging material, these parts are intended for a qualified shop, and fortunately I have a truing stand and dishing tool. All in all, this was an excellent buy, and ABC provided an outstanding customer experience.

Wheelset was not as described Wheelset was not as described. No information as to how to contact with problem. An email to company about issue went unanswered. My only recourse is to donate unusable wheelset to a local bike charity.
