Thumbs Up! My first purchase experience with Americas Bike Company was very good. Four not five stars because I was disappointed that I did not get a response to my web inquiry within 24 hours, so I ended up calling. The call went directly to someone who could answer my questions and was clearly familiar with the product. When I ordered, I had a question that I included on the submission that resulted in a quick return call to clear up. The wheels were shipped really fast. Very well packaged and complete. Pricing was best I could find online. I will def look back to these guys for future bike purchases.

Super Service Oriented - and great bike! I ordered the bike online and had it shipped to my 12 yr old granddaughter who loves the color and style. Her father assembled it and found that the the front wheel is so badly warped during shipping that it couldn't be ridden. I left a message requesting that they contact me. The company was quick to follow up with me and assured me that they would fully reimburse for the repair. Great response time and great customer service!

They have a great selection of bikes… They have a great selection of bikes for any type of riding. Liked the prices so much I ended up purchasing a discounted electric bike on-line through ABC. Unfortunately the size on-line didn't match what they had in stock. Nik quickly responded via email to notify me and see if there were any other sizes I would be interested in. In addition, he offered a discount (the price of shipping) on one of their newest e-bikes this spring once it became available. I’m very impressed at the way things were handled, especially the customer service, and would recommend anyone shopping for a bike on-line go straight to ABC.

Great service My son could not be happier with his bike. They did not have the bike we ordered originally and they got in touch with me promptly and offered two great alternatives options. Shipped quickly, it was a pretty seamless experience even with changing the original bike. Great service!

Best customer service ever by far 👍🏼👍🏼 Nick was super polite and knowledgeable. Was also very helpful and helped me put my bike in my trunk. I would recommend America’s Bike Shop any day!
