GBVery pleased with America's Bike…Top Notch Service Very pleased with America's Bike Company when first ordered it took a couple(2) days longer than I expected to get my wheels shipped, but I understand being short staffed, but had problems with the Nexus 3spd. wheel. I called them and they shipped a replacement the same day, so I must say their customer service is top notch, thanks ABC.

GBSingle to Three Speed Conversion Ordered parts to convert my single speed cruiser bike to a three speed. ABC offered the right wheels, Nexus hub and shifters at the right price, and they showed up quickly. The instructions provided by Shimano were not in the box, so I had find the 3i adjustment procedure online, but that was minor. I had to re-dish both wheels so that the tires would be centered, but as stated on the packaging material, these parts are intended for a qualified shop, and fortunately I have a truing stand and dishing tool. All in all, this was an excellent buy, and ABC provided an outstanding customer experience.

GBseriously amazing I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Nik worked directly with me for two months, as FedEx kept messing up the delivery. He worked through the CA wildfires, and he was also so prompt, kind, and helpful. The bikes are beautiful and the people of this company are incredible!

GBWheelset was not as described Wheelset was not as described. No information as to how to contact with problem. An email to company about issue went unanswered. My only recourse is to donate unusable wheelset to a local bike charity.
