A mouse destroyed old controler board A mouse got into my treamill, and actually chewed off one of the resistors, from my old motor controller board. This new one has the updated micro electronic components, and doesn't get hot like the old one did. Maybe, having the old board destroyed was a good thing. The new board works much better than the old one, and was worth the price.

From the first phone call, I spoke directly to a competent technician who helped me order the correct part. It was easy to replace with their instructions, and it was nice to be able to call and speak to a technician that knew what they were talking about -- not just reading helps from a screen. I received the part quickly and my machine was up and running in no time. Much less expense than buying a new treadmill, and less waste in the junk yard!

The replacement sleeve was fine The replacement sleeve was fine. Instructions could be better. This is the second time I did a treadmill front roller sleeve replacement. The first time, I didn't know that two people are needed to ensure that heating is evenly accomplished and lumps do not occur. Yes, i looked at videos, but Treadmill Doctor could do us all a favor by spending a few more words on instructions.
