I have to mention Elizabeth W. whom tirelessly worked to provide the right part that I required after a mistake was made by shipping the wrong one. Thanks again for the stellar customer service.

Brilliant support from Dr Treadmill Brilliant support from Dr Treadmill. Faulty control board, sent to the Dr and within a week recieved my new board and now machine is running back to normal. Great business he has and keep up the great work.

Treadmill keypad replacement Our treadmill had been left behind by the previous owners of the house we bought. We used the treadmill regularly for about 2 1/2 years. It stopped responding to presses on the control panel keys. I sent an email to Treadmill Doctor describing the problem. They responded within a day, sending information about the keypad replacement they said should work for my treadmill. I purchased the keypad and it arrived quickly. Following included instructions, I replaced the keypad in about 30 minutes and the treadmill has been working fine.

Steve was extremely responsive. He answered all my questions, gave me a link for the parts and said, yes, the average homeowner with common tools could do the job.
