We really enjoy our Priority Current bikes I purchased two Priority Current bikes though Costco online at an extremely low price given the features on the bikes. I added a bike racks and extended range batteries. I had dozens of questions, and Priority customer service answered all of them promptly (usually within 15 minutes)! The bikes arrived with no issues, like missing parts and all tools required for assembly. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and there are video instructions online if needed. I was hesitant buying online, but Priority made it easy. The quality of the bikes is top notch and we really enjoy riding them.

First new bike in 10 years This is my first time buying a bicycle in over a decade and I couldn’t be more pleased. Assembly was easy (I’ll probably still go to a local bike shop and have them dial it in for me but I’m way out of practice), delivery was fast, and customer service has been excellent. Upon arrival I did notice a small scratch and sent a pic to customer service they responded quickly and made it right. The bike itself is a classic plus Gotham and it is fantastic. I’m coming from an old 21 speed hybrid and this thing blows it away. The belt drive is super clean and the three gears suit my needs perfectly. It is comfortable and quick and the no maintenance aspect is great. The ride is comfortable and smooth while still responsive. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

International support +++++ International support +++++. I've ordered and had Priority bikes delivered twice - all the way to Australia and New Zealand. On the one occasion the bikes didn't arrive in perfect running order, the Priority support service were 100% behind their products and those of their component suppliers, and remedied everything. They are a shining star in global commerce and another symbol of how great the wider biking community is.
