CAI purchased a 600X I purchased a 600X, primarily to be able to ride in the winter months. It is just awesome. The gearing is perfect for up to 16% grades (probably more if I was in better shape!). I was a little disappointed with the customer service when I purchased the bike, and wanted to bring it into Canada. The costs were prohibitive and Priority need to find a better way to ship to Canada.

GBGoogle didn’t lie… I researched the best beach bike before I chose priority. I joined the online community as well to ask questions. I received the bike in perfect condition. After bringing it to Ecuador and putting it together, I rode it on dirt roads, the beach, through mud, and all over. Such a comfortable ride. So lightweight and the 3 speed was just right for my needs. i’m so glad I trusted the google reviews and got it.

GBAttentive & Prompt response We just needed to purchase a kick stand. Priority Bicycles was quick to respond to our request and mail the kick stand. The kick stand arrived promptly. [This is especially important because the bike needing a kick stand replacement was located Kwajalein Island in the Marshall Islands]. Regular mail takes 3-6 weeks to arrive so it was for helpful that Priority sent this right away. Thanks.

GBThe folks I spoke with on the phone… The folks I spoke with on the phone were helpful with the purchase and the warranty claim. Unfortunately, I don't like the bike (The Eight, that I purchased in January of this year), no fault of your product. I don't like the "pedal pause" to change gears and I feel it's a slower bike than a chain driven bike. I purchased it to experience riding a bike with internal gearing, the carbon fiber belt and I wanted a bike that provided a more upright and relaxed ride than my road bike. Hopefully I can sell it and get some of my money back. Best of luck to you folks, JB Tripp

GBDon't need costly professional assembly I got a 7-speed fold-up bike, which seems to be well made and took very little assembly. The lower half of the seat post has a black paint treatment which scrapes right off when adjusting the fit, so corners were cut to keep the cost down. Fold-up clasps are plastic too, but the grippers on those seat posts and handlebars are metal. I like the reflective white circle on the tires, and the easy-change gear shift which wraps around the inside 2" of the right handle. Hub gears are great!
