Attentive & Prompt response We just needed to purchase a kick stand. Priority Bicycles was quick to respond to our request and mail the kick stand. The kick stand arrived promptly. [This is especially important because the bike needing a kick stand replacement was located Kwajalein Island in the Marshall Islands]. Regular mail takes 3-6 weeks to arrive so it was for helpful that Priority sent this right away. Thanks.

Google didn’t lie… I researched the best beach bike before I chose priority. I joined the online community as well to ask questions. I received the bike in perfect condition. After bringing it to Ecuador and putting it together, I rode it on dirt roads, the beach, through mud, and all over. Such a comfortable ride. So lightweight and the 3 speed was just right for my needs. i’m so glad I trusted the google reviews and got it.

Ryan Van Duzer's memoir, The Long Way Home I purchased Ryan Van Duzer's memoir, The Long Way Home. It was one of the best memoirs I have ever read and I learned a lot about biking because of it. I have also learned a great deal about Priority Bikes as a result of his videos, one being that he donates one of your bikes on each of his foreign treks to someone in need. Also, portions of the proceeds of his books go to great causes, so all in all, I'm happy to support your company! Carol Craig

Great E-bike Great company and customer service. Great E-bike ! We have two other E-bikes and this one is by far the best one we own. Love the belt drive and internal shifting. I had a slight issue with the bike and customer service was no less than amazing. I rate the bike a 10 and customer service a 12.

We really enjoy our Priority Current bikes I purchased two Priority Current bikes though Costco online at an extremely low price given the features on the bikes. I added a bike racks and extended range batteries. I had dozens of questions, and Priority customer service answered all of them promptly (usually within 15 minutes)! The bikes arrived with no issues, like missing parts and all tools required for assembly. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and there are video instructions online if needed. I was hesitant buying online, but Priority made it easy. The quality of the bikes is top notch and we really enjoy riding them.
