GBFirst new bike in 10 years This is my first time buying a bicycle in over a decade and I couldn’t be more pleased. Assembly was easy (I’ll probably still go to a local bike shop and have them dial it in for me but I’m way out of practice), delivery was fast, and customer service has been excellent. Upon arrival I did notice a small scratch and sent a pic to customer service they responded quickly and made it right. The bike itself is a classic plus Gotham and it is fantastic. I’m coming from an old 21 speed hybrid and this thing blows it away. The belt drive is super clean and the three gears suit my needs perfectly. It is comfortable and quick and the no maintenance aspect is great. The ride is comfortable and smooth while still responsive. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

GBThe folks I spoke with on the phone… The folks I spoke with on the phone were helpful with the purchase and the warranty claim. Unfortunately, I don't like the bike (The Eight, that I purchased in January of this year), no fault of your product. I don't like the "pedal pause" to change gears and I feel it's a slower bike than a chain driven bike. I purchased it to experience riding a bike with internal gearing, the carbon fiber belt and I wanted a bike that provided a more upright and relaxed ride than my road bike. Hopefully I can sell it and get some of my money back. Best of luck to you folks, JB Tripp

GBGreat E-bike Great company and customer service. Great E-bike ! We have two other E-bikes and this one is by far the best one we own. Love the belt drive and internal shifting. I had a slight issue with the bike and customer service was no less than amazing. I rate the bike a 10 and customer service a 12.

CAI purchased a 600X I purchased a 600X, primarily to be able to ride in the winter months. It is just awesome. The gearing is perfect for up to 16% grades (probably more if I was in better shape!). I was a little disappointed with the customer service when I purchased the bike, and wanted to bring it into Canada. The costs were prohibitive and Priority need to find a better way to ship to Canada.

GBThe people at Priority Bicycles are increddible Priority Bicycles not only has great products (bikes) but they are incredibly responsive. I placed an order with them and received a "right" mirror when I ordered a "left" mirror--I contacted them and them immediately corrected the error. Every transaction I've have with them has been incredibly good. Thanks, Priority!
