Living up north, we did not put it together until the Spring and found the front tire needed to be Trued. Priority customer service was helpful and prompt, allowing me to take the bike to my bike shop for service, which was quickly reimbursed. Thank you Priority for a great bike and customer service!

GBAttentive & Prompt response We just needed to purchase a kick stand. Priority Bicycles was quick to respond to our request and mail the kick stand. The kick stand arrived promptly. [This is especially important because the bike needing a kick stand replacement was located Kwajalein Island in the Marshall Islands]. Regular mail takes 3-6 weeks to arrive so it was for helpful that Priority sent this right away. Thanks.

GBPriority Start 16“ and 20“ highly recommended This is the second starter bike from Priority after our son outgrew the first one. The first one (16“) still looks very good after two years riding it almost every day. Great bike for a decent price. Both times shipping was fast and assembly didn’t take longer than an hour. Can highly recommend the kids bikes.

After bringing it to Ecuador and putting it together, I rode it on dirt roads, the beach, through mud, and all over. Such a comfortable ride.
