I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO MAKE OF THEM I tried to order prescription medication that required a prescription from my vet. After giving my credit card info it told me to click a link for instructions on how to get the prescription to them. The link did not work after many trys. The last time I clicked it my antivirus flagged that the sight was attempting to download multiple files to my device. I am now monitoring my account for fraud. I never got the medicine.

If i could give zero stars I would If i could give zero stars I would! I ordered 10 heated water buckets a few days ago, they were on sale and had a discount code. I'm sorry I thought i found a good deal. I just got a call saying they discontinued the item because they wouldn't make much money on it!! Literally told me that! Then i went on their website and they didn't discontinue it they DOUBLED THE PRICE OF IT!! They took my money and then a few days later canceled my sale because they wont make a ton of money off of me???? False advertising, deceptive business practices and terrible customer service. They have lost the potential of thousands of dollars from me and my business. I didn't magically make up their pricing, they did!! I just accepted the offer. I just gave my money to another retailer instead.

Always an A+ Their product offerings have been excellent. Customer service also excellent. Shipping is timely. Packaging is very good, well thought-out and ecologically sound. Pricing on most items I have purchased has been lower than most other pet product suppliers I have used. Web site is easy to use.

Product images and actual product do not match If I could give 0 stars I would. The product listing pictures were not what the product actually was. The title and picture of product were not the same. "It's your fault for not reading more carefully" was what I was told when I called after I received the wrong product. Horrible customer service, representative was rude.

Company is awful to deal with Company is awful to deal with. Takes forever to get through and don't respond email in a timely manner. Placed an order over 3 weeks ago and called to get a status. CSR could not tell me what the status of the order. Needed to contact Pharmacy department for disposition. When challenged about the $$ already paid for the order - CSR said to me that $$ was preauthorized only - which is totally inaccurate - money was already debited/charged 3 weeks ago with no status on order fulfillment, delays in the order or anything. BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! Be forwarned!
