GBDONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! This company had my order for veterinary meds that had to be cold shipped and they held it for THREE WEEKS blaming it on the bad weather that was in Texas (they are not in Texas) even though neither UPS nor FEDEX nor USPS had delays of more than one day in those places. So I ordered at another place and called to cancel and then they sent my package anyway and billed me TWO WEEKS after I cancelled it. I sent them the cancellation confirmation and they still billed me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

GBGreat service. Was able to speak directly with the pharmacist. She contacted the vet office as required for the prescription. Filled same day and was to me within two days by standard free delivery. Meds had great expiration dates with half the price of the vet office AND they are VIPPS accredited by the NABP, which every pet owner should check and verify. Great experience! They will be my go to pet pharmacy for everything.

GBItems arrived damaged and unusable they won't make it right. I purchased item that arrived in bubble envelope with syringes pulled apart and contents spilled and molding, I asked for a replacement. They demanded pictures, I sent pictures 3 different times and they claimed they did not get them. I finally posted a review with pictures...of course they didn't post my review nor will they give refund. I won't be doing business with this sorry company again.

GBGreat products, slow shipping Had found some supplies for a fair price. Several items noted "ships in one business day" ... which was more of a thought than an actual practice. I placed the order very early on Tuesday and was notified of shipped at 2a Friday. Came 3 days later than expected. All products, stainless steel dog bowls and canine dewormer, were fine quality. One dewormer was not included. Great products if you don't care when it's delivered.

GBGood company, gone bad. Save yourself frustration and do not order from this company anymore. I have placed orders with this company for years and never had a problem. Now I am experiencing really bad service. Promises of delivery dates broken, promises of customer service callbacks broken, wasted time on the phone with customer service. On my last phone call with customer service, I started asking questions about the company and was told KV was bought out by someone else. This most likely explains the decline.
