Sanitizer My complaint seems to be the same as every other complaint on here. I ordered 10 bottles of sanitizer on 17th March. Not all for me, I run a drainage company and kit the vans out with them. Nothing has arrived and no response or confirmation. I wish I'd looked up the company on Trustpilot before ordering. Will now go down the route of charging back my credit card. Difficult times for everyone, especially when trying to carry on running a business. Shame the few try to scam the honest ones. Amendment- my order has now arrived. Maybe if the company kept in touch with customers most of these complaints and reviews could be avoided.

Rip off!! Avoid this company. I bought 2 hand sanitisers 500ml from this company as like most people I was desperate as I had elderly parents will health needs. I paid £32 for each which in itself is disgusting. However I’ve just received them and there is not safety seal to break and there is about 1/8th of each bottle missing. I hope they have made the money from taking advantage of this situation as after this they do not deserve peoples custom.

Shipment #000035343. Shipment #000035343. I ordered 3x 200ml bottles of Zidac sanitiser on 6th May. The price was fair in the current climate, the shipping was included and my order arrived on 9th May. So far so good. Unfortunately only 2 bottles were sent. I immediately emailed Mr Pets and included a photo of the order I received. Five emails later I am still to recieve a reply. I appreciate they must be very busy and mistakes happen, what I don't appreciate is being ignored. A simple one line reply stating that the missing bottle will be sent would suffice. Very poor customer relations.

I wish I had read these reviews before… I wish I had read these reviews before placing my hand gel order. There had been no response, email or bank withdrawal, since placing an order. Then a tatty package from Huboo in Bristol arrived with the goods and my bank had paid the exorbitant 32 quid. Meantime a friend had asked me get some hand gel so I sent another order. My bank has paid the money but no delivery (yet). I'm being charitable in thinking that they are very busy and I must be patient. Charitable or foolish? Huboo's phone number is 07773213123312, at least that's what's on the delivery label.

Order never received. Update: Finally arrived Placed an order for 1 bottle of hand sanitizer on 03/04. Money taken, confirmation email received, then silence. No despatch email or tracking number. Emailed "customer services" but got no response, just chased and have been told it's been delivered! We've been in for the entire time and have not received goods. Would not recommend using this company Update: Upon further pressing I now have my delivery. After eventually receiving the tracking number it appears something went wrong with the delivery as it shows dispatched on the day I purchased.
