Doesn't even deserve 1 star, atrocious service Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Needed new glass repair in September 2019. Paid for repair and postage and sent to fossil using their labels. Heard nothing. Chased and chased and finally in November watch returned unrepaired and, in addition, not working. Now nearly end of January 2020 and still unresolved. Cannot get an email contact for anyone in authority to complain to. Don't bother!

Watch not working - Poor comms. The watch arrived and it was not working. I contacted Skagen on 19 Oct 23. They told me to purchase a new battery and provide proof of purchase and they would reimburse me. After providing these details and following up on several occasions, I have still not been reimbursed for this amount. Communication with them has stagnated.

Declining quality of Skagen watches My view is that the quality of Skagen watches has declined considerably. The Skagen watch purchased as a present for me by my partner three years ago was less than 18 months old when the internal parts had to be replaced. Two years later, the internal parts would have to be replaced again (the second hand keeps sticking). She and I won't be buying any more Skagen watches. My other Skagen watch is more than 12 years old and is still working satisfactorily.

I bought my Skagen watch from Myers… I bought my Skagen watch from Myers about 4 years ago. Since then it has need to have the battery changed twice and sent interstate for repai. Each time the cost to be including postage was approximately $70. I was advised to do this as could not change battery locally. Very disappointed with Skagen. Would never buy another one.

Felt I had to write this after reading… Felt I had to write this after reading so many bad reviews. Unfortunately, I only read them after I had placed my order, so then thought either I would never receive the goods or they would be very poor quality. To my surprise, neither is true! Within 4 days I have received two pairs of lovely earrings, packaged beautifully in tissue, plastic sealed bag, linen gift bag and white gift box. Delighted my fears were unfounded - sorry for those who didn't have such a great experience.
