Terrible - Unpaid Refund!!! Terrible customer services goods returned and received by Skagen/Fossil in uk been chasing refund for 20 days. Just received excuses. Had to raise credit card dispute and report to trading standards for non payment. Do not buy from them

Wish I could give them zero stars If I could give them zero stars I would. Totally unprofessional, shoddy and terrible at communication. They essentially stole money from me and never plan on giving it back. In the end my bank had to refund the money for a watch they they erroneously shipped to me, after they initially cancelled the order and I made other plans. It took months to get any info from them about the status of the return, and now they insist that the refund has been processed even though I can see no funds have been returned to me. I'll never ever shop from these people again. Bunch of unprofessional liars. I really hope someone reads this before purchasing from their online store and decides to shop elsewhere.

Battery failed in 2 months - expensive convoluted returns process Bought Melbye Titanium in which the battery failed within a couple of months. Fossil Group have committed to change this for free [tbc], but the convolution of the process and the cost of posting and insurance etc is simply unacceptable for something that could easily be fixed in any of their numerous bricks and mortar stores OR a free returns Amazon style service. Its just poor. Wouldnt buy direct from them again. Simply not worth it.

Watch not working - Poor comms. The watch arrived and it was not working. I contacted Skagen on 19 Oct 23. They told me to purchase a new battery and provide proof of purchase and they would reimburse me. After providing these details and following up on several occasions, I have still not been reimbursed for this amount. Communication with them has stagnated.

Have to speak up for Skagen watches Have to speak up for Skagen watches. I saw poor reviews after submitting an on line order so worried about service, product and quality before it arrived. The watch is really nice, it came very quickly even though it was ordered in December. If I had any complaint thus far it’s that the site makes no reference to fact that if bracelet is too long links have to be removed by jeweller and instruction booklet enlosec with the watch for reducing size of bracelet did not apply to the watch I bought.
