GBThe quality of their wigs is excellent The quality of their wigs is excellent, although the one that I chose didn't suit me, and I had to return it. Wig cost is also good. I was at first disappointed there isn't a live person that I could speak to. I kept emailing them and kept getting automated responses. Finally, someone send me the return label via email attachment. Now, I'm just waiting for my refund. I might order from them again.

GBNot five star anymore!! Although I had written five star reviews in the past I now have to give one star to this company. I had returned a wig that I wore for five seconds and knew I didn’t not want it but have been banned from the company for it. They claim it was worn and returned in poor condition. The video of the return inspection added some B.S. about the curl pattern being altered. I made a formal complaint on social media and apparently they ban anyone who returns a wig. It’s a shame because they would have made a lot of money from me but if a small business like Cyster wigs wants to make their pool of clientele smaller then that is their choice. I found another company that does not run their business the same way and I think it’s a better fit.

GBYou Are In Good Hands! As always I have only good things to say about CysterWigs. Buying online can be daunting. Rest assured that you will have no problems buying or returning if for some reason you’re not happy. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with for any reason has always been friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.

GBAvery wig by TressAllure Avery wig by TressAllure, turned out to be a very nice wig. I had to do a little customization, which I do with most of my wigs, trimmed and thinned out bangs and cut about 1 inch off the length. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the top seems to have a pointy cap that unless you had a pointy head you could never fill it in so the tip is empty. Also, wishes the color I ordered, Sugar Brûlée, had a little more blond highlights.

GBVery Unprofessional in every way I am shocked by how unprofessional the owner is. The whole company is this way. They change policies after you have already ordered under the old policy, the owner, Heather, posts such silly and unprofessional reviews where she laughs like a hyena, and most of all, she complains about her customers in the most unprofessional way. If you can't handle business, you should not be in business. She's just plain childish. And please, stop posting those embarrassing videos related to your weight problems. If you want to be a CEO of a hair company, have someone else do the reviews who know how to act professional in their reviews. Learn how to be a professional!
