GBHeather is problematical Heather is continually claiming to be a victim.She doesn’t want to return your money if you return a wig. She has 3 better business complaints against her, all for refusing to honor her return policy. Heather will claim to change her policies AFTER you made a purchase during a prior policy. She makes horrible rambling videos disparaging her customers, former employees , competing wig companies and wig manufacturers. Heather is paranoid claiming everyone is plotting against her, and stealing her “wig secrets”. She sent me this email let me know she wanted her customers to follow return timelines as per policy but she will not- ( once again looking to screw people over if they make a return) Heather is a disturbed woman (check out her rambling videos one of the worst is one where she rakes over a former employee for quitting titled -something about finally speaking out about Taz. (extremely disturbing, documenting Heather’s narcissistic behavior towards others) I have only email and online experience with Heather. I can provide emails, BBB reports and YouTube videos supporting my statements to be factual.

GBAvery wig by TressAllure Avery wig by TressAllure, turned out to be a very nice wig. I had to do a little customization, which I do with most of my wigs, trimmed and thinned out bangs and cut about 1 inch off the length. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the top seems to have a pointy cap that unless you had a pointy head you could never fill it in so the tip is empty. Also, wishes the color I ordered, Sugar Brûlée, had a little more blond highlights.

GBI have always received great service… I have always received great service from Cyster Wigs. I feel the quality is good and the return policy is simple. I have generally received my order within 7 days. They have responded to my emails in a timely manner. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they are frequently out of blond colors or they are on back order. This might not be their fault, maybe the manufacturer doesn't make enough..I don't know how that works. If they wig or color is out of stock they let you know and you can wait for a shipment, get a refund or pick something else.

GBNo one does it better I have been buying products from CysterWigs for about three years now and have had a great experience just about every time. No one beats their prices and the staff are friendly and immediately responsive. Heather's reviews, and those of the others who review for her site, are exceptional. She explains each wig thoroughly and has a separate channel where she explains every single color the wigs come in. These reviews include the strengths and weaknesses of each style so we can judge for ourselves before investing in them. With few exceptions, I buy all my accessory hair from CysterWigs and am never sorry.

GBNot five star anymore!! Although I had written five star reviews in the past I now have to give one star to this company. I had returned a wig that I wore for five seconds and knew I didn’t not want it but have been banned from the company for it. They claim it was worn and returned in poor condition. The video of the return inspection added some B.S. about the curl pattern being altered. I made a formal complaint on social media and apparently they ban anyone who returns a wig. It’s a shame because they would have made a lot of money from me but if a small business like Cyster wigs wants to make their pool of clientele smaller then that is their choice. I found another company that does not run their business the same way and I think it’s a better fit.
