Unethical company I would give this company a negative star rating if I could. Everything would be fine if you received your wig and it was perfect. But if you have a problem, good luck to you. I received my wig and it looked lovely but it did not even come close to fitting. I got nothing but arguments from the company about returns. They will not allow me to return it, but suggested I buy another one. Very unethical company.

You Are In Good Hands! As always I have only good things to say about CysterWigs. Buying online can be daunting. Rest assured that you will have no problems buying or returning if for some reason you’re not happy. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with for any reason has always been friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.

Cysterwig has a lot of pluses Cysterwig has a lot of pluses. Their customer service is great and the prices (with frequent sales) are good. Shipping is efficient. My only complaint is their policy of penalizing customers for having to do a return, Charging a $29.46 penalty for a return seems excessive. If a local shop charged nearly $30 for trying on a wig, I would never buy from them. I will not say that I'll not buy from CysterWigs again, but only if it is a second wig in a style and color that I am sure will work for me.

beware the owner is a psychotic narcissist. she made a defamatory video about me and refuses to take it down or admit the truth. oh, and she tried to steal money from me. buy from a SANE and trusted online retailer.

Don't like the return policy I had to make a purchase because I had a credit from a previous purchase. I don't like to shop at places that offer only credit and charge a high return fee but I obviously wasn't paying attention and was stuck. That being said, the customer service is quick and friendly. The variety of inventory is quite good. I won't be a return customer only because of the return policy.
