Misleading Description of Pet Carrier The description of the Sleepypod pet carrier stated that it "Compresses from 22" long, 10.5" wide, 10.5" high down to 16" long, 10.5" wide, 8.5" high". The ends and top of the sides do bend when pressure is applied, however, there is no way to keep them in that position. So when attempting to place under an airline seat the carrier is at its larger dimensions and will not fit.

Good quality item, but customer service could be improved I ordered a Jax & Bones bed for one of my daughter's dogs knowing the site said delivery would be the end of January. I had to contact customer service Jan. 31st to ask what happened to delivery of my order as there was no notification about shipment. Only then was I informed the item was not in stock & there would be further delay. I was told to expect delivery one day after it's shipped from the manufacturer by midweek Wed. Waited for notice of delivery but no dog bed Friday or Saturday, so had to contact customer service again to ask what happened. Although the dog bed was finally delivered, I'd probably order from another store next time.

Bought two items. I purchased a Sleepy Pod Utility. Had some problems left two messages. No return call. Returned over a week ago no response. Purchased another Sleepy Pod Sport. I hope I don't have a problem. Customer Service isn't what I would expect. Need assistance. Thank you, Byron

Disappointed I ordered 2 different dog collars with credit card. Only one arrived, without explanation or contact from the company. When I emailed them to tell them that only one collar arrived, the response was that the other collar is out of stock and they do not know why this merchandise was still on the website. They refunded money for that collar to credit card, but... do you send part of what was ordered with no explanation or no action ? Really?

Great Product. Suspect (?) Customer Service Wow, quite surprised by all the negative reviews that I'm now just reading after making my purchase. No issues with receipt of product and I have to say that other than the personalization consisting of Velcro attached name/phone number strips, the harness itself is a vast improvement over any I've purchased before. My dog behaves very differently while walking. All the gagging and coughing when pulling is gone. Great product if you can get past the purported customer service issues.
