Good quality item, but customer service could be improved I ordered a Jax & Bones bed for one of my daughter's dogs knowing the site said delivery would be the end of January. I had to contact customer service Jan. 31st to ask what happened to delivery of my order as there was no notification about shipment. Only then was I informed the item was not in stock & there would be further delay. I was told to expect delivery one day after it's shipped from the manufacturer by midweek Wed. Waited for notice of delivery but no dog bed Friday or Saturday, so had to contact customer service again to ask what happened. Although the dog bed was finally delivered, I'd probably order from another store next time.

Customer Service Shoddy/Unresponsive Customer Service Shoddy/Unresponsive. I placed an order with PetSwag and received items that were incorrect from what I purchased. I've e-mailed (with proof of discrepancies) every day since the error occurred and have called in three times (with voicemails left) and have yet to be responded to. Company has ghosted me completely and I'm out over $100. Aside from that, the order also took longer than two days to ship (even though it was paid for). Honestly, the brands they carry are available elsewhere on the internet (or directly through the brand themselves). For how expensive these boutique/luxe dog brands are, I expected at least responsive support. Be advised, You might be better off going with a different company.

Great Product. Suspect (?) Customer Service Wow, quite surprised by all the negative reviews that I'm now just reading after making my purchase. No issues with receipt of product and I have to say that other than the personalization consisting of Velcro attached name/phone number strips, the harness itself is a vast improvement over any I've purchased before. My dog behaves very differently while walking. All the gagging and coughing when pulling is gone. Great product if you can get past the purported customer service issues.

Good prices, poor customer service. I was promised expedited shipping (if it was possible) because of delay in availability of items from distributor. If that wasn't possible, I was told that they would work to delay shipping so that the items wouldn't be sitting around delivered for the two weeks we'd be on vacation. Instead I got a shipping notice that the items would in fact arrive during our vacation. I got no follow up re: the earlier promises. I sent two further emails about this but got no response. Then I tried to call several times but t heir customer service always goes to voice mail.

Trouble service Trouble with service, they do not response to emails regarding returns. There is NO PHONE NUMBER. THE FAKE NUMBERS ON LINE GOES TO SOME SURVEY!! Good luck trying to return an item or exchanging it for the correct size because they don't give you a return address or any information in the post and just don't respond!!!!! Very disappointed. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. ALSO THE DOG HARNESS IS A BAD DESIGN AND CHOKES OUR DOG. That's why was trying to return it. Still NO answer from an email and no phone contact number. So out $40. I guess?
