I've bought a few things from this… I've bought a few things from this business, both from her website and from kickstarter. The most recent thing i bought was the Alien Kitty Squish Friend! She always makes sure to give the most information and if I've had any questions about shipping she gets back to me as soon as she can (because she's human running a small business!!!) I've never had a bad experience with her and I can't wait to see what she comes out with next!

Excellent business and products I am a frequent customer of Natty and her products are out of this world! (pun intended 👽) They are unique, well made, and her bags and wallets are so practical. I’ve also had experience using customer service and Natty always responds to my inquiries within a few business days. She has been such a pleasure to work with and super sweet when answering emails. When I backed Natty’s kickstarter projects, she always has frequent updates for the backers. The packaging is cute and secure. Amazing shop Nattycat is honestly one of my absolute favorite small businesses. I order from her frequently and she is an amazingly sweet person who always takes great care of her customers. Her products are just as wonderful! I have stickers, pins, a lanyard, one of her everyday bags, one of her wallets, one of her tumblers, etc and I use them all daily and they have all held up extremely well. If you love kawaii products, you don't want to miss out on ordering from her!
