Excellent business and products I am a frequent customer of Natty and her products are out of this world! (pun intended 👽) They are unique, well made, and her bags and wallets are so practical. I’ve also had experience using customer service and Natty always responds to my inquiries within a few business days. She has been such a pleasure to work with and super sweet when answering emails. When I backed Natty’s kickstarter projects, she always has frequent updates for the backers. The packaging is cute and secure. Perfect shop for anime fans and kawaii lovers! NattyCat's shop is one of the cutest and most creative places to buy enamel pins, plushies, and unique anime merch. She's an artist, so she designs her own products! I've been a customer of Natty's for almost a year now and I've never had a -single- negative experience. Product quality, shipping and customer service have been impeccable, and NattyCat herself is one of the kindest, most patient small business owners I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with (we've exchanged a few emails personally, and she's gone above and beyond to help me).
