Personal care every time This shop always has the cutest options and takes feedback and suggestions from customers, which is super refreshing. Items are usually wrapped in cute paper with a personalized touch so it's a joy to receive every time! I appreciate the time and care taken with each order I've made and I even feel safe trusting them with preorders. Often I'll find that by the time I start thinking "oh, when is that order I placed coming?", I'll get a sudden email alerting me that it's shipped. But in rare cases of needing to reach out, it's nice to hear a human on the other end and not some automated robot service, so you know you'll be taken care of.

Slow wait but worthwhile experience Currently waiting on a package due to business moving buildings which would therefore make it a little slower. Gives me time to check out items. I ordered several pins, lanyard and a fun little wallet for a convention and love it. Cant wait to see my alien kitty!! Love this shop 10/10 recommend

The owner seems very sweet, mature, and genuinely concerned about her customers and their experience. Eagerly awaiting my next package while keeping in mind that it's challenging to be a small businesses owner and that not everything is their fault.

Happy with order I recently purchased one of the giant angry alien kitties from this shop that was placed on a preorder and I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. The owner promptly answered my questions/concerns through the shop's Instagram DMs. I'm always a little worried when ordering preorders from small shops due to delays and cancellations, but the item came when expected, if not earlier. Shipping times aren't really up to the shop though as it depends on the carrier, but I thought I should mention it anyway. I'm really glad I decided to order from here. The owner seems like they genuinely care not only about their product but also about their customers. The product was fantastic too. Kitty is super soft with sturdy construction.

My order with NattyCat was via her… My order with NattyCat was via her Kickstarter for the everyday bag - she kept us informed every step of the way of the progress for our pledges, and once the item was shipped, it arrived in a timely fashion (travelling half way across the world!). Any questions I've had have been answered within 48 hours via the email address on her website, and she has been nothing but polite, helpful and transparent! I'm now waiting my pledges from her most recent Kickstarter!
